Because ALABASTER SQUARE 4 LLC provides a hands-on, on-site finishing service — not a shippable product — this policy explains deposits, cancellations and refunds.
A deposit reserves your project date and covers initial materials. If you cancel more than 5 business days before the scheduled start, your deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel within 5 business days, we refund the deposit less any materials already purchased and non-recoverable scheduling costs.
If we must cancel or reschedule and cannot agree a new date with you, any deposit you paid is refunded in full.
If a project is stopped after work has begun, you are billed only for labor performed and materials used to that point; any remaining prepaid balance is refunded.
If a finish we applied fails due to our workmanship within the period stated on your estimate, we will return and repair it at no charge — this is our first remedy in place of a cash refund.
